1. Scope and Application
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website operated by Alumnerd (“we,” “us,” “our”), including any related services, products, and features (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing, browsing, or using our website or Services, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Eligibility
You represent and warrant that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. If you are accessing or using the Services on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Orders and Acceptance
All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance at our sole discretion. An order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order; acceptance occurs only when we dispatch the products. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including due to product availability, inaccuracies in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without prior notice. Payment is required in full at the time of placing an order. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or customs charges.

5. Shipping and Delivery
We offer worldwide shipping. Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery of products to the carrier. It is your responsibility to follow up with the shipping carrier if Products are not received by the estimated delivery date. Furthermore, if a package is shown as delivered by the carrier, but due to reasons including but not limited to errors (name, address, phone number, email, etc.) during the Customer's checkout process, and your claim says you have not received the Products, a refund or replacement will likely be denied.

6. Returns and Refunds
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you must contact us at hello.alumnerd@gmail.com within fourteen (14) days of delivery to request a return or replacement. Returned products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. We reserve the right to ask for photos of the Products and replacements or refunds will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Unless otherwise required by law, you are responsible for all return shipping costs. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with these conditions.

7. Product Descriptions and Availability
We strive for accuracy in all product descriptions, images, and specifications; however, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct such errors and to update information at any time without prior notice. We make no guarantee that all products will be available at all times.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and software, is the property of Alumnerd or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alumnerd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services or purchase of products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Alumnerd and its officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, fulfillment partners, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

12. Amendments
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, with changes effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
