ALUMNERD SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) is incorporated by reference into and forms part of the Alumnerd Terms and Conditions. By placing an order through Alumnerd, you (“Customer,” “You,” or “Your”) agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy. Alumnerd reserves the right to update or amend this Policy at any time without prior notice, and such changes shall apply to orders placed after the effective date of the revised Policy.
Shipping Policy - The Basics
1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
1.1. All orders are processed only after full payment has been received and successfully cleared.
1.2. Standard processing time is typically between 2–7 business days; however, actual processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, and seasonal demand.
1.3. Processing time does not include shipping time and may be extended in cases of high demand, unforeseen production delays, or circumstances beyond Alumnerd’s control.
2. SHIPPING COSTS
2.1. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the shipping method selected, destination, and total order weight or dimensions.
2.2. For international shipments, additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply and shall be the sole responsibility of the Customer. Alumnerd does not control these charges and cannot estimate their amounts in advance.
3. SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
3.1. Alumnerd offers domestic and international shipping solutions through various carriers and fulfillment partners. Available options and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.
3.2. Delivery estimates are provided for convenience only and do not constitute a guarantee of delivery by a specific date. Actual transit times may vary.
3.3. Alumnerd shall not be liable for delays due to carrier issues, customs clearance, weather conditions, strikes, natural disasters, pandemics, or other events beyond its reasonable control.
4. ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
4.1. Once an order has been confirmed, it may no longer be possible to edit order details or cancel the order.
4.2. If you wish to request a change to shipping details, recipient information, or product specifications, you must check whether such an option is available in your customer account or contact Alumnerd immediately.
4.3. Alumnerd is under no obligation to make such modifications once an order has been placed but will assess requests on a case-by-case basis.
5. TRANSFER OF RISK & TITLE
5.1. The risk of loss, damage, and title to the products shall pass to the Customer upon delivery by Alumnerd to the carrier.
5.2. It is the Customer’s responsibility to file any claim directly with the carrier for lost shipments if carrier tracking indicates delivery was completed. In such cases, Alumnerd will neither issue refunds nor resend the product.
5.3. For Customers located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, risk of loss, damage, and title passes when the Customer, or a third party designated by the Customer, physically takes possession of the products.
6. LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
6.1. If carrier tracking indicates that a product was lost in transit, you may submit a written claim for replacement in accordance with Alumnerd’s Return Policy.
6.2. All claims for products lost in transit must be submitted no later than fourteen (14) calendar days after the estimated delivery date.
6.3. All such claims are subject to investigation and resolution at the sole discretion of Alumnerd.

7. SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS
7.1. Alumnerd shall not be liable or responsible for any delay, non-delivery, or failure in performance caused by acts or events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, lockouts, labor disputes, acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemics, natural disasters, governmental actions, or interruptions in transportation or communication services.
