Refund Policy

ALUMNERD REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy (“Policy”) is incorporated by reference into and forms part of the Alumnerd Terms and Conditions. By placing an order through Alumnerd, you (“Customer,” “You,” or “Your”) agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy. Alumnerd reserves the right to amend or update this Policy at any time without prior notice, with changes applying to purchases made after the effective date.

1. LIMITED WARRANTY ON PRODUCTS
1.1. Summary: This section sets forth Alumnerd’s obligations regarding defective, damaged, or incorrect products. If you believe your order qualifies for a replacement or refund, you must contact Alumnerd as soon as possible and in any case within the period specified in Section 5 of this Policy.

1.2. Limited Warranty: Alumnerd warrants that, at the time of delivery, each product will be free from material defects and damage (“Limited Warranty”).

1.3. Eligibility: This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product.

2. EXCLUSIONS FROM COVERAGE
2.1. This Limited Warranty does not cover any damage to or defect in a product caused by:
(a) improper handling (including during shipping after delivery to the carrier), misuse, or storage;
(b) failure to follow care or usage instructions;
(c) modification or alteration of the product;
(d) unauthorized repair;
(e) accidents, fire, flood, acts of God, or other causes beyond Alumnerd’s reasonable control;
(f) items supplied by third parties not produced or customized by Alumnerd;
(g) buyer’s remorse or requests for size exchanges.

2.2. Color and Sizing Disclaimer: Alumnerd does not guarantee that product colors and details displayed on the website will be an exact match to the physical item due to variations in monitor settings, lighting, and manufacturing processes. Sizes may be approximate and minor variations may occur. Such variations do not constitute defects under this Limited Warranty.

3. WARRANTY PERIOD
3.1. This Limited Warranty begins on the date the product is delivered to the Customer and lasts for fourteen (14) calendar days (“Warranty Period”).

3.2. Some jurisdictions may provide for a longer statutory warranty period, in which case the applicable statutory period shall apply.

4. REMEDIES UNDER THIS WARRANTY
4.1. For products that are materially defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect (including printing errors), Alumnerd will, at its sole discretion:
(a) replace the product (or the defective/damaged portion) at no additional charge; or
(b) refund the purchase price paid for the defective or damaged product.

4.2. Shipping fees may be refunded on a case-by-case basis at Alumnerd’s sole discretion.

5. OBTAINING WARRANTY SERVICE
5.1. Customers must inspect products promptly upon delivery.

5.2. To be eligible for warranty service, you must submit a written claim within the Warranty Period (14 days after receiving the item), and in accordance with Alumnerd’s Return Policy. Claims must include:

• Order number

• Description of the defect, damage, or error

• Photographic evidence showing the issue                                                                                             

5.3. Claims submitted after the Warranty Period will not be accepted.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

6.1. The remedies described above are your sole and exclusive remedies for any breach of this Limited Warranty.

6.2. Alumnerd’s total liability for defective or damaged products shall not exceed the actual amount paid by the Customer for the product.

6.3. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alumnerd shall not be liable for any:

• lost profits or revenues;

• diminution in value;

• consequential, incidental, indirect, special, exemplary, or punitive damages;
  arising from the purchase, use, or inability to use any product.
  6.4. Certain jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion/limitation of certain damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.
